近距离煤层综采面过上层煤柱矿压显现规律及顶板控制研究

摘要: 为了探索近距离煤层下层综采面在上层煤柱边缘位置回采时的矿压显现规律,研究在此期间综采面顶板的控制方法,采用了现场观测和理论分析的方法,对大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井两种不同情况下(初采期间和正常回采期间)的综采工作面过上层煤柱进行了矿压观测和顶板运动机理研究,得出了矿压显现规律和顶板运动特征。结果表明,过上层煤柱时,距离煤柱的边缘位置(约1~5m)是压力显现最强烈的位置,是顶板控制的关键。

Abstract: In order to explore the pressure law when fully mechanized mining workface going under slice pillar in close distance coal seams and study the method to control the roof which can prevent roof accidents, the method of field observation and theory analysis were studied in this paper. In two kinds of conditions which were the beginning of mining and common mining were studied in this paper. During the observation and Analysis on coal pillar of rock pressure, the pressure law of fully mechanized mining workface going under slice pillar showed out. The roof structure was also been studied and a lot of roof control methods were raised which successfully guided the field production. These results has enriched the roof control method of special fully mechanized working face geological special conditions.
